Terms of Service

Last updated 30 October 2026

In short

Pay once, own the code, don't pass the Pro components on.

Free items are MIT. Pro is licensed per developer for unlimited projects. Nothing renews automatically, and what you install keeps working after your access ends.

These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Uxelith, which is run from India. They apply when you use uxelith.com, the Studio, the component registry or a Uxelith account. If you use Uxelith for a company, you accept them for that company too.

Your account

  • You need to be 18 or older and give an email address you control.
  • An account is for one person. Keep your password and licence keys private; you're responsible for what they're used for.
  • Tell us at support@uxelith.com if you think someone else has your password or a key.

Buying Pro or Lifetime

  • Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
  • Payments are taken by Dodo Payments as the merchant of record, so your receipt and card statement come from them and their checkout terms cover the payment itself.
  • Pro gives one developer access for 365 days from the purchase. Buying again before or after it ends extends it from where it left off.
  • Nothing renews automatically, and no card is kept on file.
  • Refunds follow the Refund Policy: a full refund within 14 days if you haven't installed a Pro item.

What Lifetime means

Lifetime gives one developer Pro access, including every future release, for as long as Uxelith runs. If Uxelith ever closes, everything you installed stays yours and keeps working, as it always does.

The licences

Free components and blocks are under the MIT License. Pro components and blocks are licensed per developer: use them in as many of your own and your clients' products as you like, but don't resell or give away the components themselves, for example in a UI kit, template or component library. The licence page has the details and examples, and it's part of these terms. Code you export from the Studio is under the licence of the component it uses.

Fair use

Please don't:

  • share your licence key or account, or use someone else's;
  • copy the Pro catalog in bulk, or scrape the registry or the API;
  • try to get around the licence checks, overload the service or attack it;
  • use Uxelith for anything illegal.

What stays ours

The Uxelith name and logo, this website, the Studio and the documentation belong to Uxelith. The licences above give you rights to the components; they don't transfer the rest.

Warranty and liability

We test every release carefully, but Uxelith and its components are provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law doesn't let us exclude. You decide how the components are used in your products and are responsible for that use. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending access

You can stop using Uxelith at any time and ask us to delete your account. If someone breaks these terms, for example by sharing a licence key, we may revoke their keys or close the account, after telling them why where we can. Code already installed stays under its licence.

Changes

We may update these terms as Uxelith changes. We'll change the date at the top and email account holders before a change that matters takes effect. A change never takes back access you've already paid for.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits the rights the consumer law of your own country gives you. Questions and complaints go to support@uxelith.com; our grievance officer is Anil Kumar. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
